Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress. Anna Gunn is a US actress. She also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting while attending the Preparatory School. The late 1970s, the family moved to Ohio. She attended theatre classes through Northwestern University and spent a semester studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career working in the Chicago area theatres for a few years. She then moved on to television and film. Anna was chosen to play Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. As a guest-star, Anna was on Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Then it wasn't until the late 1990s that she took on an acting role on The Practice. She starred as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons in the late 2000s. In 2008 she was cast as Skyler in Breaking Bad. In addition, she was a part of the Deadwood movie and Sully. Gunn has also appeared on the stage starring in the David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. Gunn also appeared in the podcast audio drama of four episodes called Numbered Days, which was made available in 2022. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship of Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and eventual end resembles the end of Walter White's story.
